مين إحنا

إِهْبَدْ لعبة جماعية بتتلعب مع أصحابك. السياسة دي بتوضّح إيه البيانات اللي بنجمعها لما تستخدم التطبيق، وليه بنجمعها، وإزاي تتحكم فيها. باستخدامك للتطبيق بتوافق على السياسة دي.

البيانات اللي بنجمعها

١. بيانات الحساب

• لو دخلت كضيف: بنعمل لك معرّف مجهول (رقم عشوائي) بس — من غير اسم ولا إيميل.
• لو دخلت بحساب Google: بناخد من Google الاسم والإيميل ومعرّف الحساب، عشان نعرفك لما ترجع تدخل تاني ونحافظ على تقدّمك.
• اسم اللعب والأڤاتار اللي بتختارهم بنفسك — دول بيبانوا لباقي اللاعبين في الأوضة.

٢. بيانات اللعب

• الهَبْد اللي بتكتبه، وأصواتك، ونقطك، وأكواد الأوض اللي بتدخلها.
• المحتوى ده بيتشاف من باقي اللاعبين في نفس الأوضة أثناء اللعب — متكتبش أي معلومات شخصية أو حسّاسة فيه.

٣. بيانات تقنية واستخدام

• نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل ونسخة التطبيق واللغة، وإحصائيات مجمّعة عن استخدام التطبيق.
• سجلات الأعطال والأخطاء عشان نصلّح المشاكل.

إحنا مش بنجمع موقعك الجغرافي، ولا جهات اتصالك، ولا صورك، ولا أي بيانات دفع.

ليه بنستخدم البيانات دي

• عشان تشتغل اللعبة: تسجيل الدخول، الأوض، الجولات، النقط.
• عشان نحافظ على حسابك وتقدّمك بين المرات.
• عشان نفهم إيه اللي بيتستخدم ونطوّر اللعبة ونصلّح الأعطال.
• عشان نمنع الغش وإساءة الاستخدام.

إحنا مابنبيعش بياناتك، ومابنستخدمهاش في إعلانات، ومابنشاركهاش مع مُعلنين أو وسطاء بيانات. لو ضِفنا إعلانات في المستقبل، هنحدّث السياسة دي ونبلّغك جوّه التطبيق قبل ما تشتغل.

مين بيشوف بياناتك

• باقي اللاعبين في أوضتك: اسم اللعب والأڤاتار والهَبْد والنقط بتوعك.
• مزوّدي خدماتنا التقنية: بنستعين بمزوّدي خدمات سحابية (استضافة، تسجيل دخول، قواعد بيانات، تحليلات) عشان اللعبة تشتغل. دول بيعالجوا البيانات نيابةً عننا وبالقدر اللازم للخدمة بس.
• ممكن نفصح عن بيانات لو القانون طلب كده.

مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

بنحتفظ ببيانات حسابك طول ما الحساب موجود. بيانات الأوض والجولات بتتمسح بعد انتهاء اللعبة بفترة قصيرة. لما تمسح حسابك بيتمسح معاه ملفك الشخصي وبياناتك المرتبطة بيه.

حقوقك والتحكّم في بياناتك

• مسح الحساب: من داخل التطبيق — الملف الشخصي ← إعدادات الحساب ← حذف الحساب. الحذف نهائي ومش قابل للتراجع.
• تعديل بياناتك: تقدر تغيّر اسم اللعب والأڤاتار في أي وقت من الملف الشخصي.
• الاستعلام أو الاعتراض: ابعت لنا على الإيميل تحت وهنرد عليك في خلال ٣٠ يوم.

الأطفال

اللعبة مش موجّهة للأطفال أقل من ١٣ سنة، وإحنا مابنجمعش بيانات عن قصد من أي حد أقل من ١٣ سنة. لو عرفت إن طفل قدّم لنا بيانات، كلّمنا وهنمسحها.

الأمان

بياناتك بتتنقل مشفّرة (HTTPS/TLS) وبتتخزّن على بنية سحابية آمنة مع قواعد وصول بتحدّ مين يقدر يقرا إيه. بس مفيش نظام آمن ١٠٠٪، فمنقدرش نضمن أمان مطلق.

تغييرات على السياسة

ممكن نحدّث السياسة دي من وقت للتاني. هنغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» فوق، ولو التغيير جوهري هنبلّغك جوّه التطبيق.

Privacy Policy (English)

Ihbid is a social party game you play with friends. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the app, why, and how you control it. By using the app you agree to this policy.

Data we collect

1. Account data

• Guest sign-in: only an anonymous random identifier — no name, no email.
• Google sign-in: your name, email address, and Google account ID, so we can recognise you on return and keep your progress.
• Display name and avatar you choose yourself — visible to other players in your room.

2. Gameplay data

• The answers you write, your votes, your scores, and the room codes you join.
• This content is visible to other players in the same room during play — do not include personal or sensitive information in it.

3. Technical and usage data

• Device type, OS, app version, language, and aggregated usage statistics.
• Crash and error logs, used to fix problems.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or any payment information.

Why we use it

• To run the game: sign-in, rooms, rounds, scoring.
• To keep your account and progress across sessions.
• To understand usage, improve the game, and fix crashes.
• To prevent cheating and abuse.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with advertisers or data brokers. If we introduce ads in future, we will update this policy and notify you in-app before they go live.

Who can see your data

• Other players in your room: your display name, avatar, answers, and score.
• Our technical service providers: we rely on cloud services (hosting, sign-in, databases, analytics) to run the game. They process data on our behalf and only as far as the service requires.
• We may disclose data where required by law.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Room and round data is deleted shortly after a game ends. Deleting your account deletes your profile and associated data.

Your rights and controls

• Delete your account: in the app — Profile → Account settings → Delete account. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Correct your data: change your display name and avatar at any time from your profile.
• Requests or objections: email us at the address below; we reply within 30 days.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS and stored on secure cloud infrastructure with access rules limiting who can read what. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and notify you in-app for material changes.
