الموافقة على الشروط

إِهْبَدْ لعبة جماعية بتتلعب مع أصحابك. باستخدامك للتطبيق بتوافق على الشروط دي. لو مش موافق عليها، متستخدمش التطبيق. الشروط دي بتكمّل سياسة الخصوصية ومش بديل عنها.

مين يقدر يلعب

لازم يكون عندك ١٣ سنة على الأقل عشان تستخدم إِهْبَدْ. لو أقل من ١٨ سنة، لازم يكون عندك موافقة ولي أمرك.

حسابك

• تقدر تلعب كضيف أو تدخل بحساب Google.
• إنت مسؤول عن أي نشاط بيحصل من حسابك.
• ممنوع تنتحل شخصية حد تاني أو تستخدم اسم لعب مضلّل أو مسيء.
• حساب الضيف مربوط بالجهاز — لو مسحت التطبيق أو غيّرت الجهاز ممكن تخسر تقدّمك.

اللعبة مجانية

إِهْبَدْ مجانية دلوقتي، من غير مشتريات داخل التطبيق ومن غير إعلانات. لو ضِفنا إعلانات أو مميزات مدفوعة في المستقبل، هنوضّح شروطها وأسعارها ونحدّث الشروط دي قبلها.

المحتوى اللي بتكتبه

اللعبة أساسها إنك تكتب إجابات — والمحتوى ده بيتشاف من باقي اللاعبين في أوضتك. إنت مسؤول مسؤولية كاملة عن أي حاجة بتكتبها. ممنوع تكتب:

• سب، أو تنمّر، أو تحرّش، أو تهديد لأي حد.
• كلام عنصري أو طائفي أو تحريض على الكراهية أو العنف.
• محتوى جنسي، أو محتوى بيستهدف أطفال.
• معلومات شخصية بتاعتك أو بتاعت غيرك (أرقام تليفونات، عناوين، إيميلات…).
• إعلانات، أو سبام، أو روابط خبيثة.
• أي حاجة مخالفة للقانون أو بتخترق حقوق حد تاني.

إنت بتحتفظ بملكية المحتوى اللي بتكتبه، وبتدينا ترخيص غير حصري ومجاني إننا نعرضه ونخزّنه داخل اللعبة عشان اللعبة تشتغل.

الاستخدام العادل

ممنوع:

• الغش، أو استخدام بوتات، أو التلاعب في النقط.
• محاولة اختراق التطبيق أو خوادمه، أو الوصول لبيانات لاعبين تانيين.
• عمل هندسة عكسية للتطبيق أو نسخه أو توزيعه.
• الدخول على أوض من غير دعوة عن طريق تخمين الأكواد.
• استخدام اللعبة لأي غرض تجاري من غير إذن مكتوب مننا.

الإشراف وإيقاف الحسابات

من حقنا نشيل أي محتوى مخالف، ونوقف أو نمسح أي حساب بيخالف الشروط دي — من غير إشعار مسبق لو المخالفة جسيمة. لو شفت محتوى مسيء ابعت لنا على support@ihbid.app.

إنهاء الاستخدام

تقدر تمسح حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق (الملف الشخصي ← إعدادات الحساب ← حذف الحساب). الحذف نهائي ومش قابل للتراجع.

توفّر الخدمة

اللعبة بتتقدّم «كما هي» ومن غير أي ضمانات. مابنضمنش إن الخدمة هتشتغل من غير انقطاع أو أخطاء، ومن حقنا نعدّل أو نوقف أي جزء من اللعبة في أي وقت.

حدود المسؤولية

في حدود ما يسمح به القانون، مش مسؤولين عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدامك للعبة — بما فيها فقدان بيانات أو تقدّم في اللعب. اللعبة للتسلية بس، ومحتوى الأسئلة والإجابات فيها مش معلومات موثوقة ولا نصيحة من أي نوع.

الملكية الفكرية

اسم «إِهْبَدْ» وشعارها وتصميمها وكل محتوى اللعبة (غير المحتوى اللي بيكتبه اللاعبين) ملك لينا، وممنوع استخدامها من غير إذن مكتوب.

تغييرات على الشروط

ممكن نحدّث الشروط دي. هنغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» فوق، ولو التغيير جوهري هنبلّغك جوّه التطبيق. استمرارك في استخدام اللعبة بعد التغيير معناه موافقتك عليه.

القانون الواجب التطبيق

الشروط دي بتخضع لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، والمحاكم المصرية هي المختصة بأي نزاع، من غير إخلال بأي حقوق إلزامية ليك كمستهلك في بلدك.

Terms of Service (English)

Ihbid is a social party game you play with friends. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms complement, and do not replace, our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ihbid. If you are under 18, you need your parent or guardian's permission.

Your account

• You can play as a guest or sign in with Google.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Do not impersonate anyone or use a misleading or offensive display name.
• Guest accounts are tied to the device — uninstalling or switching devices may lose your progress.

The game is free

Ihbid is currently free, with no in-app purchases and no ads. If we introduce ads or paid features in future, we will publish their terms and pricing and update these terms beforehand.

Content you write

The game is built on the answers you write, and that content is visible to other players in your room. You are fully responsible for anything you submit. You must not post:

• Insults, bullying, harassment, or threats.
• Racist, sectarian, or hateful content, or incitement to violence.
• Sexual content, or content targeting children.
• Personal information about yourself or others (phone numbers, addresses, emails…).
• Advertising, spam, or malicious links.
• Anything unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.

You keep ownership of what you write, and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and store it within the game so the game can function.

Fair use

You must not:

• Cheat, use bots, or manipulate scores.
• Attack the app or its servers, or access other players' data.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app.
• Join rooms you were not invited to by guessing codes.
• Use the game for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Moderation and suspension

We may remove violating content and suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms — without prior notice for serious violations. Report abusive content to support@ihbid.app.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Account settings → Delete account). Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Availability

The game is provided "as is", without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may modify or discontinue any part of the game at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the game, including lost data or progress. The game is for entertainment only; questions and answers in it are not reliable information or advice of any kind.

Intellectual property

The Ihbid name, logo, design, and all game content (other than player-submitted content) belong to us and may not be used without written permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above and notify you in-app for material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.
